Project CEE is a business brand and platform operated by BYRSKI HOLDING sp. z o.o. Project CEE is not a separate legal entity.

01

Purpose of this Policy

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on https://projectcee.com, operated by BYRSKI HOLDING sp. z o.o. under the Project CEE brand. It complements the Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is processed.

Cookies are small text files stored on a device by a website. Similar technologies include browser storage mechanisms such as localStorage and sessionStorage, which store information locally in the browser rather than sending it to a server with every request.

02

Current Status

This website does not use analytics, advertising, remarketing, behavioural profiling or newsletter tracking technologies. In particular, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity are not installed.

Only strictly necessary technologies are used. These are required for the security, integrity and correct operation of the website and, under Article 173 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and the ePrivacy Directive, do not require prior consent. For that reason no consent banner is presented: presenting an “accept all / reject all” choice where there is nothing non-essential to consent to would be misleading.

If analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, a consent mechanism will be implemented and such technologies will not be activated before the required consent is given. This Policy will be updated accordingly.

03

Strictly Necessary Cookies

The following cookies are set when the website is served. They are first-party cookies set by the hosting and security infrastructure and are not used to profile visitors or to build advertising audiences.

NameSet byPurposeDuration
__cf_bmCloudflare (security and bot management layer of the hosting infrastructure)Distinguishes human visitors from automated traffic in order to protect the website against abuse.Approximately 30 minutes
__dplHosting and delivery infrastructureEnsures that requests for the site's assets are served consistently from the correct deployment of the website.Up to 1 year

Cookie names and lifetimes are set by the infrastructure providers and may change. Where that happens this table will be updated.

04

Browser Storage (Similar Technologies)

The website uses a small amount of session storage. Session storage is cleared automatically when the browser tab is closed and is never transmitted to a server as part of a request.

KeyCategoryPurposeDuration
project-cee-localeStrictly necessary / preferenceRemembers the language version (EN or PL) selected during the visit.Until the browser tab is closed
tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3Strictly necessaryRestores the scroll position when navigating between pages, a standard function of the site's routing library.Until the browser tab is closed

05

Preference, Analytics and Marketing Categories

Preferences
Beyond the language selection described above, which is stored only for the duration of the browsing session, no preference cookies are used.
Analytics
None. No analytics or measurement technology is currently active on this website.
Marketing and advertising
None. No advertising, remarketing, conversion tracking or social media pixels are currently active on this website.

06

Third-Party Content

The website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Retrieving the font files involves a connection from the visitor's browser to Google servers, which transmits the IP address and standard technical request data. This website does not set cookies for that purpose.

The hosting platform used to operate the website loads a small first-party script that measures technical performance and reports script errors, so that faults can be detected and fixed. It is used for the operation and reliability of the website, not for advertising or visitor profiling, and no cookies were observed to be set by it.

No social media plugins, embedded videos, chat widgets, maps or advertising frames are used. The regional map shown on the website is rendered locally as vector graphics and does not call any external service.

07

Managing Cookies

Cookies can be reviewed, blocked or deleted at any time in the browser settings, and session storage is cleared when the tab is closed or when browsing data is cleared.

Because the technologies used here are strictly necessary, blocking them may affect the security checks applied to traffic or the correct loading of the website.

08

Changes and Contact

This Cookie Policy will be updated if new technologies are introduced, in particular if analytics is added together with a consent mechanism. The effective date above indicates the current version.

Questions about this Policy may be sent to contact@projectcee.com.

This Cookie Policy reflects the technologies observed on the production website at the effective date and will be updated if the website's technical configuration changes.
